1. What is Cold Process Soap and why is it so important for my skin?
Cold process is the old method of making soap going back thousands of years. It involves mixing natural oils and butters with lye and letting the magic happen to turn it into soap. The soap is cut and left to cure for a minimum of 4 weeks before using.
After curing, the soap is gentle and beneficial to your skin as it naturally contains glycerine, making it deeply moisturising.

2. What is in your products?
Our products are made from oils and butters found in nature. Everything is made in small batches, scented with only pure Essential Oils, colours that are sourced from nature and do not contain any Palm Oil, Petrochemicals, Parabens, Phalates, SLS, Fragrance oils or artificial colours.
All our listings have ingredients included but if you have any further enquiries please do not hesitate to contact us.

3. Do you add extra ingredients to your soaps?
Our soap contains no extra ingredients that strip the skin of its natural oils, helping to keep it supple.
This is a really environmentally friendly way to wash your skin, is cruelty free and Vegan too.

4. How long will my soap last?
This depends on how you store the soap and how often it’s used. We recommend that you use a soap dish or rest with sufficient drainage, keep the soap away from running water and allow to dry completely between each use to help them to last longer.

5.Are Trá West Corks products Vegan?
Our soaps and Body butters are vegan but our balms & lip balms contain beeswax so are not.

6. How should I store my products?
In their packaging, in a cool dry place is perfect.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?
We pack and ship orders within 3 working days. For international orders, delivery times vary but all orders are shipped within 3 working days and you will receive a message when your order is dispatched.

8. Do Trá products have a use by date?
We recommend opening our products within 6 months of purchase and using them within the following 4 months. The scents and colours will fade slowly over time though and some scents will start to fade after 3 months. This naturally occurs with Essential Oils.

9. Do you ship worldwide?
We currently ship to Ireland and Europe but if you would like to ship elsewhere please get in touch and we can see what we can do.
Shipping starts at €6.50 but local delivery/collection is also available.

10. Do you sell wholesale?

YES we do! We wholesale soap bars, Body butters and balms.

11. Do you cater for weddings and larger corporate gifts?
Yes we do! Please get in touch and we can have a chat to see what suits your needs.

12. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please email me at trawestcork@gmail.com and we will try to resolve the issue.

13. Oh no! I’ve sent my order to the wrong address! Can you send a new one?
It is your responsibility to inform us of your postal address, however if you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address after purchase please email us straight away so I can update the shipping label if possible.
